The Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service Supervision is a Technical Level qualification which has been designed to be around a third of a full-time curriculum. This Food and Beverage Service Supervision course will enable learners to develop a significant common core of knowledge, including understanding the legal and social responsibilities of a Personal Licence Holder.
